Who we are
Founded in 2003, YadaFactor began when Pegi, Debbie, and Cindy formed a small group that dared to share their struggles. Although already dedicated to learning God’s Word and serving Him, their life circumstances and relationships overshadowed the joy and freedom promised in Christ. What started as a Christian twelve step Bible study eventually transformed into an intimate fellowship based entirely on God’s Word.
OUR VISION
Everyone knows and hears God
OUR MISSION
Helping people know it is possible to
hear God personally through
reading, writing, and sharing scripture
Meet our Board

Cindy Chamberland – Founder
Cindy is our resident thinker and a forever student of God’s word. Cindy has a doctorate in clinical counseling and a private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Lynchburg, Virginia. She has a passion to connect with people and help them find hope and healing. On the weekends Cindy loves to ride motorcycles with her husband of 42 years to see the incredible beauty in God’s natural world. She also enjoys running and hiking in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. She has two grown children and six grandchildren.
Debbie Csutoros – Founder
Debbie seeks to help others and honor God by “creating connection.” She discovered late in life that she is an artist, and it is in creating connections to God and the Bible that she feels most passionate. “If the gospel of Jesus Christ and the Word can change and heal me, they can change anyone.” Licensed in real estate out of high school, she continued her education, graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She continued to work in real estate and the building industry. Nine years as a leader in Bible Study Fellowship began her experience and love for the Bible. Debbie attends Spanish River Church in Boca Raton where she currently serves, connecting others to the YadaFactor mission. She is married to the love of her life, Steve, for 27 years and they have two wonderful grown daughters.

Pegi Richardson- Founder
Because the Living God has radically transformed her life, Pegi desires to see other women’s lives changed and she is committed to giving them tools to do it. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University and has been passionate about sharing YadaFactor with others for 18 years. As part of a mission’s team, Pegi traveled to India, Bangladesh, and Nepal, where she taught YadaFactor and trained leaders. Pegi and her husband Joel have been married for 40 years and have two grown sons, a daughter preparing for college, and two grandchildren. They enjoy family time, travel, kayak adventures, beach walks and nature watching from their home on the Banana River. Pegi’s 15 years of experience as an Al-Anon member has greatly influenced the forming of YadaFactor and her years of listening to God and journaling in Yada have equipped her to persevere in her call to write stories of hope for others.
Rev. Rick Ouimet, Emeritus
Rick comes to us with over 40 years pastoral and non-profit experience. He is the Founder of Straight Street Ministries, a national ministry reaching at-risk youth the past 35 years with the love of Jesus Christ. Kids who may never enter our church doors, are finding hope, help, & healing by the thousands through this powerful para-church ministry. Rick is also the Founding Pastor of Mosaic Church Lynchburg. A cutting-edge coffee house church that will make you feel you’re walking into your favorite living room. Rick believes the local church’s Gospel-filled message needs to stay the same, but our methodology absolutely must change if we are to reach this generation for Christ. Rick recently retired from full time pastoring and is now on staff as a pastoral counselor, enabling him to continue ministering on a one-to-one basis. Rick has agreed to Chair the YadaFactor Board of Directors for the next several months during this exciting season of growth and renewed vision.
