Imagine the possibilities in a world where everyone knows and hears God!
Recently, the YadaFactor board and key leadership team gathered for a weekend retreat to prayerfully discern and develop a strategic plan. The weekend started with a trip down memory lane with our three co-founders sharing how YadaFactor was birthed over 20 years ago as they were searching for a way to go deeper with God. Back then they had no idea that the process they used together would one day be offered to hundreds of people around the world who desire to discern the voice of God through scripture to know Him intimately.
As we took time throughout the weekend to plan for the future, God’s presence was so evident. One way we felt Him leading us was to revamp our mission and vision statement. It’s always been a challenge to put into words the life transformation that happens as people follow the simple steps we call Yada (Hebrew for “to know”).
We are excited to share our new vision and mission with you, our friends who have made this ministry possible with your prayers, participation, and financial support! We can’t thank you enough.
We can’t wait to share more about our dreams for the future. Please join us in prayer and together we can imagine the possibilities in a world where everyone knows and hears God.
Grateful for you,
The YadaFactor Board & Team
Board Member Introductions
Cindy Chamberland, Co-Founder
Cindy is a Co-founder of YadaFactor which originated 20 years ago. During her time in YadaFactor, she was led to pursue counseling degree and for 13 years worked toward her goal and attained a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology in 2016. She has been counseling in private practice since 2009 and she integrates the tools from this ministry into the counseling process to encourage clients to hear God’s voice and lead them from pain to healing. Her dissertation sought to learn how to create post traumatic growth with those whose religious beliefs collided with their trauma where many question God and need to find resolve and healing. The outcome of her study has helped her to offer a model of processing and has witnessed many come to find joy after the many years of sorrow and pain. Cindy is passionate to share the tools of YadaFactor to all she ministers to and believes strongly, “The harvest is ready, but workers are few.” Cindy has passion for everyone to know/Yada God intimately and to hear His voice amid their pain and joys. Cindy is also married to her high school sweetheart for almost 40 years and has two married children and 7 grandchildren who she loves to spend time with as she is blessed they all live in Virginia near her.
Debbie Csutoros, Co-Founder
Debbie is always on mission to share the transformational power of the Gospel and the Word of God: “If the gospel of Jesus Christ and the Word can change and heal me, they can change anyone.” From leading seminars to turning every personal interaction into an opportunity to offer hope in a seemingly hopeless world, she has a gift for “creating connection”. She discovered late in life that she is an artist, and it is in using her artwork to create connections to God and the Bible that she feels most passionate and God-honoring. Debbie’s creative bent and penchant for writing is balanced by a Master of Science degree in Leadership, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a real estate license, all of which God has used to connect her to people she otherwise never would have known. With each opportunity to speak into another person’s story, she finds joy in realizing every “God-moment” and blessing He has waiting for her in each new relationship. Ten years as a leader in Bible Study Fellowship instilled in her a love for the Bible and sparked the passion behind her mission. Twenty years later the fire is still burning brightly. Debbie is married since 1991 to the love of her life, Steve, and they have two wonderful grown daughters, one son-in -law and another soon to be. Debbie attends Spanish River Church in Boca Raton Florida where she also currently serves connecting others to the YadaFactor mission.
Pegi Richardson, Co-Founder
Because the Living God has radically transformed her life, Pegi desires to see other women’s lives changed and she is committed to giving them tools to do it. She earned her bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Florida Atlantic University and Pegi has been passionate about sharing YadaFactor with others since 2003. As part of her church mission’s team, Pegi traveled to India, Bangladesh, and Nepal, where she taught YadaFactor and trained leaders. Pegi and her husband Joel were married in 1981 and have two grown sons, a daughter in Nepal and two grandchildren. They enjoy family time, hosting guests, travel, kayak adventures, beach walks, watching nature and rocket launches from their home on Florida’s Space Coast. Pegi’s 15 years of experience as an Al-Anon member has greatly influenced the formation of YadaFactor. Her years of listening to God and journaling in Yada have equipped her as a compassionate leader and teacher who continues to persevere in her call to write stories of hope for others.

Who knows me better than the One who created me? He speaks to me every time I open my bible and journal and He is slowly transforming me. Life is hard and I want everyone to experience the freedom in Christ that I’ve found through reading, writing, and sharing scripture.”
